Order processing
Orders submitted prior to 11:00 on a business day ship that afternoon. Orders placed past the cutoff, over the weekend, or on official holidays leave the next working day. You will receive an immediate confirmation email stating your order number once your purchase is recorded.
All dietary powders, capsules, and vitamin bottles are enclosed with tamper-evident induction neck seals and packed inside pressure-resistant, thermally buffered cardboard cartons with recyclable cushioning to prevent shock damage and temperature fluctuations.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated tracking reference is issued via email and SMS text message, allowing real-time parcel monitoring across the domestic courier network.
Lost or delayed parcel
If tracking details show zero movement for 5 business days, write to [email protected] with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and either resend your items or refund the full total, per your preference, within 10 business days of your inquiry.
Damaged on arrival

Payment methods

Delivery outside United Kingdom
