You may send back any supplement or vitamin product ordered from Greenleafjournal within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Below you will find the exact requirements, the return procedure, shipping cost allocation, and refund timelines.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the 30-day return period, sports nutrition and vitamin goods must remain entirely unopened, in their pristine original packaging, with all external shrink-wrap, heat seals, and tamper-evident cap foils intact and undamaged.
Return process

- Receive return merchandise authorization details, including the designated United Kingdom returns facility address.
- Pack items securely within original outer protective packaging to ensure factory seals remain intact during transit.
- Receive the refund within 3-10 business days after the returned consignment passes biosecurity and quality control inspection.
Who pays return shipping
When a shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we absorb all return shipping costs via a prepaid label or courier collection. If you return items by personal choice, you handle the carrier fee yourself; we make no additional deductions.
Refund timing and method
We process your refund within 3 business days once your returned batch passes physical inspection. Orders placed with cash on delivery receive a bank transfer to your provided account details; original bank transfers return directly to the originating bank account. Banks typically credit these funds within 1-5 business days.

If you want a different tub size, flavor, or supplement formula, complete the standard return and place a fresh order online; we credit your returned item once it reaches us. If the exchange stems from our packing error, we cover all shipping charges for the replacement shipment.
