The goods
Nutritional sports supplements, amino acid blends, botanical wellness formulations, and daily multivitamin capsules designed solely for everyday dietary supplementation and general nutritional support. Each supplement listing specifies ingredients, net volume, tablet count, and format. Imagery serves identification purposes; physical tub or label design may vary slightly across manufacturing runs.
Ordering and contract
Your order registers upon completing the checkout sequence. We transmit an acknowledgement notice, and the purchase agreement formalizes once your batch dispatches. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock depletion or unverified customer details, issuing a full refund promptly.
Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and incorporate statutory sales tax where mandated. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before you settle payment. Approved payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an unmistakable pricing error prior to dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the revised sum or cancel the order.

Product images and colours
Product photos represent genuine production batches. Screen calibration, display hardware, and room lighting affect perceived color; minor tonal variances do not constitute product defects and do not justify complimentary returns or monetary claims. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.
Transfer of risk
Our business maintains full liability for shipments until physical handover to you or an authorized recipient at the designated address. At that point, risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to you. Note any exterior box damage directly with the delivery agent and notify us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You can initiate a return within 30 days of parcel delivery under the terms specified on our Returns page. Products are guaranteed to comply with the statutory standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remaining fit for purpose, accurately described, and of satisfactory quality up to the designated expiry date printed on the factory seal.
- Customized nutritional bundles or bespoke dietary formulations prepared to specific individual order.
- Short shelf-life perishable sports nutrition goods or items nearing batch expiration dates.
- Any vitamin bottle, mineral container, or nutritional powder jar where the factory security seal, shrink-wrap, or tamper-evident foil has been broken or removed after delivery due to health protection and hygiene grounds.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other liquids, compounds, or materials following delivery.
- Digital workout schedules, nutritional meal plans, or software media unsealed by the consumer.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the cumulative liability of Greenleaf Nutrition Ltd arising from any transaction shall not exceed £100 or the total order value paid by the customer, whichever amount is greater. No clause in these terms excludes or restricts liability beyond what statutory legislation permits.
Age and use
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Dietary supplements must be taken strictly in accordance with on-pack directions; they do not replace qualified medical diagnosis or professional healthcare guidance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. When a disagreement cannot be resolved through direct discussion, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court at the seller's registered seat, preserving any mandatory consumer rights granted by your country of residence.
